The Peace and Security Council of the African Union (AU), hold its 496th meeting held on 27 March 2015, on the situation in Western Sahara.On the base of the Report of the Chairperson of the Commission on the evolution of the peace process in Western Sahara and other related issues and the update provided by the Special Envoy of the Chairperson of the Commission for Western Sahara, former President Joaquim Chissano of Mozambique, the Council expressed very important recommandations in a Communiqué of March 27 2015.
Le Conseil de paix et de sécurité de l'Union africaine (UA), réuni le 27.03.15, à Addis-Abeba, a examiné la situation et l'état d'avancement du dossier du Sahara Occidental.Sur la base du Rapport de la Présidente de la Commission sur l'évolution du processus de paix au Sahara Occidental et sur d’autres questions connexes, et d'une communication de l'envoyé spécial de l’Union africaine pour le Sahara occidental, l’ancien président mozambicain, Joaquim Chissano, le Conseil a formulé des constats et recommandations très importants dans un Communiqué du 27 mars 2015. En totale contradiction avec la désinformation propagée une semaine plus tôt dans les médias marocains.
