Motion on Western Sahara adopted on 10.05.12 by the Bureau meeting of
the International Federation of Women in Legal Careers (IFWLC)[ IFWLC is a non governmental organization of Women Jurists, founded in Paris in 1928 with the aim of fighting for the eradication of all forms of discrimination against women and promoting their Human Rights. It has consultative status with the United Nations Economical and Social Council (ECOSOC), since 1961, and with FAC. It cooperates with UNESCO, UNICEF, UNIFEM and OIT.
The IFWLC Bureau meeting was attended by around 50 jurists from Angola, Argentina, Brazil, Cape Verde, Congo-Brazzaville, France, Israel, Italy, Mozambique, Portugal, Russia, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Spain, Taiwan, Timor-Leste and Turkey. The motion was adopted by acclaim. ]
